Jason R. Davis, MSBA

Mr Davis has spent his career working with small to mid sized businesses and organizations solving complicated business problems. Started in Banking in the mid 90’s. In 1998 he founded Data & Admin Services Inc, an outsourced accounting and bookkeeping firm. The firm focused on high touch clients in professional services practices, project businesses, and construction. Clients include real estate ventures, investment advisors, law firms, specialty construction, project firms, and developers. Services included a full range of basic bookkeeping, payroll & compensation, tax compliance coordination, customized financial reporting, and fully outsourced accounting.

Mr Davis graduated with a bachelor’s in strategic management.  He has a passion for strategic planning and strategic decision making based upon results. He recently acquired his Master of Science in Business Analytics.

Outside of work Mr Davis enjoys time with family, cycling and hiking.

Morgan MacLean

Morgan S. MacLean is a business strategist with a background in marketing & communications.   She specializes in data-based strategy, strategic innovation, business model innovation and has extensive experience in strategic audits, strategic implementation and oversite.  She conducts business in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Panamá.

In her spare time she can be found reading, conducting BBQ experiments, and travelling.
